2026 Winter & Spring Sr. Elite @ Lake Zurich

Sr. Elite Level: aims to incorporate skills and techniques to prepare participants to transition our youth to play at semi-professional level:

• Intense coaching that incorporates mental preparedness for cricket
• Specialized training to perfect batting, bowling, and fielding techniques
• Match situation-based training
• 5 sessions each week of  1.5 or 2 hours each on drills
• 5 sessions each week focussed on FITNESS

Sessions:

(Winter) Jan 12, 2025 through Mar 31, 2025

(Spring) Apr 1, 2025 through May 31, 2025

Timing: 

• 7.30 pm – 9.00 pm on Tue, Thu and Fri
• 3.30 pm – 5.30 pm on Sat and Sun
• FITNESS: 6pm – 7pm Tue, Thu, Fri + 2pm – 3pm Sat & Sun
