2024 Spring Intermediate Level @ Lake Zurich

Intermediate Level: builds on foundation level, and offers participants a systematic development of core cricketing techniques. The course introduces players to advanced drills and techniques and culminates with them graduating to play competitive games. There is also a dedicated session on Fitness and Stregth training.

  • High level coaching implementing and enhancing core cricket techniques and methods
  • Concentrated focus on more advanced cricket techniques and skills
  • 3 sessions each for drills of 90 min duration
  • 1 hourly session each week on fitness and strengthening

Timing: Apr 1, 2024 through May 31, 2024

Group 1:

  • 6.00 pm – 7.30 pm on Mon and Fri
  • 8.00 am – 9.30 am on Sat
  • 9.45 am – 10.45 am on Sat for Fitness and Strength Training

Group 2:

  • 6.00 pm – 7.30 pm on Mon and Wed
  • 8.00 am – 9.30 am on Sat
  • 9.45 am – 10.45 am on Sat for Fitness and Strength Training

Group 3:

  • 6.00 pm – 7.30 pm on Wed and Fri
  • 8.00 am – 9.30 am on Sun
  • 9.45 am – 10.45 am on Sun for Fitness and Strength Training

All players should confirm with coaches on the Group that they need to register for.
